Our industry has experienced some serious problems with the fraudulent use of stolen credit card numbers and overseas shipment of goods. Therefore, orders requiring international shipment of goods may be asked for some additional information. When an order is entered, we see the correct name of the credit card holder during our validation process. If this name does not match the "Bill To:" on the order form, we will assume the order is not a valid one. Additionally, if the "Bill To:" name and the "Ship To:" name do not match, we will be asking for some additional information to verify that the cardholder actually wishes these goods be sent. If we do not receive this requested information within 72 hours, we will consider the order to be not a valid order. We are sorry for the additional inconvenience but rampant international credit card fraud has caused us to institute this policy to protect our valued, legitimate customers.
